| Meet Dora, a little dog with big issues. This terrier mix comes across as aggressive, making her dangerous to children and unattractive to families. If Dora's behavior isn't controlled, she could spend her life in a shelter -- this dog needs direction before affection. Once Cesar knows Dora's needs, he can match her with the right family.
