| Young Columbus, Ohio, couple Shawn and Julie have saved up a down payment, and are ready to trade their rent for a mortgage. But they're on opposite sides of the design spectrum: Shawn would like a contemporary ranch home, and Julie would like a vintage bungalow. Shawn needs to have a 2-car garage so he has plenty of room to tinker with the couple's motorcycles. Julie wants to see traditional charm all around her: arched doorways, stained glass windows, and as much woodwork and trim possible.
