| James and Sherry have made a great living for themselves as the owners of a well-known air conditioning business in Dallas, Texas. For the past 20 years, they have concentrated on growing their business, and have lived in the same house all that time. Now that all their hard work has paid off, they'd like to buy their dream home. They're hoping to find a spacious 5-bedroom home with their $750,000 budget. Sherry and James envision a home with a grand staircase, a game room and an updated kitchen. James is fairly flexible, though he has one major deal breaker: he will not even look at a home that backs up to a body of water because he is deathly afraid of snakes. | |
