| Julie and Nick just relocated to Denver and want to find a house before their wedding. The busy finance professionals want style, a modern kitchen and a big yard for their little terrier. They are looking in the Denver suburb of Highlands Ranch known for sprawling open space and lots of families. The first house they see has a granite kitchen with stainless appliances but the yard looks into the neighbors.
