| A rapist-murderer is throwing small children from the tops of buildings and a cop from another precinct joins Simone and Sipowicz with their investigation. The only thing Andy knows about this cop is "she got her 1st grade money, the year I got screwed out of mine." Martinez and Russell investigate an alleged case of date rape, but the women of the squad and Sylvia, have major disagreement with James' decisions regarding the suspect.
