| Alan Titchmarsh and the team heads to the Yorkshire Dales to surprise Jim Thompson, a terminally ill 65-year-old grandfather and fundraiser. Despite Jim's own diagnosis, his commitment to spreading awareness and raising money for prostate cancer charities are legendary in the area, including creating a 'Calendar Girls' style naked calendar.
