| ??? Misae takes Himawari to the doctor for a vaccination dose. On seeing a handsome doctor, Himawari cries aloud so that the handsome doctor carries her. Misae leaves Himawari and Shin-chan with Hiroshi and goes shopping alone. While Hiroshi goes to the washroom, a housekeeping staff takes Shin-chan and Himawari to the lost and found department.
